Goodday,
My name is Natasha van Straaten, I'm 45 years old turning 46 in October 2025.
I Began my journey in 1998 at Omnia Fertilizer for 6 months after a failed attempt to study at the Technicon in Vanderbijlpark when heavy rioting was taking place. I did not have the finances to keep on going back and started working.
I was then successful in getting a position as a laboratory assistant at Sasol Nitro(Delmas fertilizer) up to 2002. I applied for a position at Sasol Infrachem waterlaboratory from 2003 and worked as an analyst. I was promoted to principle analyst during 2007. I left the industry in October 2008. I was divorced and re married. My husband was re located to Sasol Phalaborwa and I became an instant housewife and stay at home mom for I was pregnant with my 2nd child at that stage.
In 2015 we moved to our family farm in the eastern free state where we started farming with crops and livestock. We currantly only farm with cattle. We sold the farm and this chapter of our lives are coming to a close. My husband is much older than me and my sons are all grown up.
I know that I've been away from the industrie for a while but I'm ready to go back and build further on my career. I had to set aside career for a 2nd chance in love and life and I took it. It was the best move ever for I feel very blessed to have had the oppertunity to be with my children when they were still baby and toddler and a husband that made it possible for me to stay home.
I am a good team player and have good people skills. I get along with basically anybody and I love people across culture and race. I'm a honest hardworking Christian woman You will not find me on social media like Facebook. I really don't 'have the time or the energy for that. I homeschool my 15yr old teenage son and working the cattle when needed.
I really hope that someone can give me the oppertunity to start again. I'm ready. This move will also be our last and the reason for wanting to allocate in East london is because its beautiful there and we love the coast. Like I have mentioned my husband is getting older and I have to think about my future later on in life.
TO BE THANKFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE IS A BEHAVIOUR THAT YOU CHOOSE AND NOT A REACTION TO YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES.
Intec Collage analytical chemistry certificate and diploma (2003-2006). It was not online those days but distant learning via the mail. I received my books through the post office and send my assesments back via mail and post office
