I have a wide range of experience and skills over nearly 2 decades of work. I started at age 14 in the hospitality industry where customer service and hard work was instilled in me. I graduated university with a BCom degree and have the accounting basics and fundamentals to excel in the finance and accounting fields if given the opportunity.
I spent 8 years working on a cruise ship in various roles from restaurant to hotel operations department. This taught me administrative and clerical skills, taught me how to deal with difficult situations and customers, while improving my interpersonal skills, my calmness and level headedness under pressure as well as learning to adapt to ever changing and demanding environments.
I believe i am a well rounded individual with a lot to offer.
I worked in the hospitality industry my whole life, whether it be in the restaurant, reception or library.
My age of 14 i started working as a waiter par time all the way through school until after i graduated from university. I then joined the cruise ship as a waiter. From there i applied and was promoted to the front desk as a receptionist from which i was promoted to librarian after a year or so.
My last contract on the cruise ships was post covid when the cruise ships started sailing again. I held the position of receptionist during the extremely difficult and trying period of the Return to Service process during the end of 2021.
Most recently i have started working as a Sales and Rental Agent.
I graduated with a BCom Bachelors degree where i was in the General Accounting stream.
