I am a customer-oriented Universal Advisor at FNB, with two years of experience. My experience also includes tending to ATM devices and filing administrative documents for the branch, organising the work and keeping the documents neat and up-to-date. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and am able to take on tasks independently, while still open and willing to learn as much as possible within my position.
I have worked with FNB for the past two years, helping customers and tending to the ATM devices, completing all administrative work that came with it. Before FNB I managed a branch of Hobbiton Adventure Centre where I made sure all camps were to the client's satisfaction and all necessities were seen to, while leading all activities.
I am currently in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Arts with UNISA, majoring in English and Psychology.
