Nkosinathi (Nathi) is a Civil Engineering Technologist with over 17 years of experiance, under Pavement and Construction Division and he has extensive experience in Pavement design, Surfacing Design, Project Implementation and Construction Supervision, Contract Documentation, Contract Administration like preparation of projects reports, Site Management, Road Construction, Geotechnical Works, Material description and testing to determine the adequacy and strength foundations, concrete and asphalts.
Nathi has more passion in computing load on the pavement and material stress factors to determine specification. He supervises construction sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specification and safety. I also estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labour to determine project feasibility.
