An enthusiastic People Operations Specialist with just over 2 years experience in the HR field and 5 years in general administration. Previous responsibilities include global compliance, ownership of global payroll, upkeep of HRIS and various programs. Awarded & recognised for being a team player & having a strong work ethic. I have general administration experience and have been building my Human Resources experience for just over 2 years now. I am currently working as a people operations specialist for a global tech company. I have lots of experience working on HRIS programs, running global payroll and assisting with ad-hoc events as it relates to HR (acquisitions; HRIS changeovers etc.)
Bachelors degree completed in 2019 (majors - organisational psychology & psychology)
Honours degree completed in 2020 (psychology)
