I've work for the Customer Service department for 2,5 years and 6 months in the Collections department. CCI was my stepping stone to better prospects as they also provided me with the Collections experience. I am currently employed at Webhelp and searching for greener pastures.
I obtained an NSC certificate for matriculating in 2020 and look forward to improving academically.
