I started my career at Colgate Palmolive a FMCG company for 24 months and I was promoted to industrial engineer driving business needs and requirements for improvements for 7 years I acquired a lot of experience in material losses efficiencies and driving change. I then joined RCL Foods as a process engineer where I lead a team of process leaders for managing our processing systems and implementing system driven production targets.
My highest qualification is a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering at the Durban University of Technology I am currently pursuing my honours in Industrial Engineering to be completed by end of 2024 at Durban University of Technology.
