Junior Monitoring & Evaluation officer/ Data Capturer at Thembalethu Care Organization (TCO) (2023-12 – 2025-06)

• Capturing Thembalethu Care Organisation OCVA&Y Data timely on the CINDI May'khethela OVCA&Y Program Database (CBIMS) with benchmark of at least 50 New Beneficiaries or a minimum of 80 re-servicing beneficiaries per day.
• To ensure that the facilitators data is timeously received and signed in as received on the data receipt register as per project M&E system.
• Photocopy, Scan and print various projects documents as requested.
• Use CBIMS tracking reports to guide the case workers to ensure that targets are met.
• Participate in the program reviews and data quality Audits.
• Note on the Error Log any identified Error on the project data being submitted by the supervisors. Share the follow up the error log with the supervisors.
• Ensure that case workers file all the hard copies data appropriate well labeled case files.
• Support SIMS Visits-Ensure all the required documentation that relates to the data that is captured at TCO is in order.
• Prepare and participate in CINDI weekly Catch-up calls and attend trainings as required.
• Generating, Analyzing of Pivot data and producing requested lists in order to submit completed weekly reports.
• Conduct any other general office duties as required.
• Attend relevant trainings as required.
• Provide support to the Thembalethu Care Organization M&E support and coordination officer and the CINDI program team on validation reported data against source data in the field.
• Provide timely feedback/ data base report as requested by the Thembalethu Care Organization Program manager and CINDI program Directors.
• Prepare and provide access to the captured data for further data quality checks by the M&E support and coordination officer, CINDI program personnel and the Directors.
• Enrolling Clients on the program system, creating and Filing of Case files.

Data Capturer/ Administrator at Health Systems Trust - HST (2018-09 – 2022-09)

• Capturing, retrieving, and analyzing of data from database such as TIER.Net & DHIS.
• Performing regular backups on the database to ensure data quality management and maintaining Privacy and confidentiality of patient's files.
• Registering patients for Primary Health Care Services.
• Answering calls and taking messages to relevant people.
• Updating and generating patient history on HPRS and Synchronized.
• Retrieving and filing back of patient's documents.
