I am someone who is consistently growing themselves and takes time to learn and improve in areas even if they aren't direct requirements of my job. I am self-motivated, dedicated and resourceful. Once ive defined the benchmarks for whatever i wish to persue, I take the necessary steps to achieve it. I have a very consultative style and I seek to improve in a company that has strong mentorship base, that grooms as well as recognizes ans rewards performers.
Over the years I have worked mostly in the financial services industry. I entered the field as a Sales Representative at Sanlam Sky and then further went to Sanlam Life Limited and then my most recent was at Capitec Bank. My professional experience has allowed me to grow and fully understand the dynamics of exceptional client care as well as catering for substantial client needs.
The Insurance and Banking industries are closely related so it has been quite a convinient staircase to be exposed in both these relative work environments.
I was enrolled in a Learnership program with Inseta in the year 2018 and after 2 years in the program, obtained NQF level 4 credits in Long-Term insurance this has given me a theoretical and practical background into the industry at an entry-level point but also helped give a sound understanding of fundamentals of client care within the industry.
