I have a strong background in the retail operation space having worked for Woolworths for many years in a store leadership position. I then transitioned to starting my own logistics company for the past 4 years learning valuable lessons running a company end to end. I am now looking to apply my expertise bringing a results driven approach, leadership experience with a deep understanding of retail and logistics.
Extensive experience in operations, leadership and business management. Background includes managing a store with a store compliment of around 10 staff members. For the pasr 4 years ive owned and managed a logistics company overseeing operations and financial management with expertise spanding over team leadership, operational efficiency, problem solving in both corporate environment as well as entrepreneurial setting.
I have a Retail Business Management Degree passed cum laude in 2019.This combined with hands on experience in retail and logistics, leadership and strategic management.
