- Perform bulk and fine prepacking of medication according to SOPs and CDU guidelines
- Verify batches, quantities, products, and labels against control documents
- Repack, count, and prepare medication into pre-pack sizes and suitable shipping containers
- Handle high-, medium-, and low-volume prepacking, including fine-picks
- Assist with fine-pick management and production processes
- Complete verification checks and capture fine-pick documentation accurately
- Organise and manage electronic fine-pick records and transfers
- Receive, log, and manage salvageable medicines from damages/expired stock
- Repackage salvageable medicines into approved pack sizes
- Assist with broken pack management, including repurposing stock and monitoring batch/expiry dates
Workflow Runner - Medipost Pharmacy
(2019-08 - 2020-11)
- Clear Loop 2 patient chutes timeously
- Ensure correct transfer of medication items from Loop 2 to the QA department
- Assist with parcel completion at Exception Station 3
- Collect and move PMP's from Single Item 'Bagging' stations and move to Loop 3 of Sortation System
- Induct the PMP's onto Loop 3 for sorting to route destination
- Perform any ad-hoc projects which might be necessary for the WC CDU Production Department and the Group at large
