I am known as a Recruitment Consultant with experience in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT industries, the Entertainment Industry, the Healthcare Industry, and the Engineering, Oil, and Gas Recruitment Industry. I have extensive experience working in the European market, as well as the US and UK markets.

I am skilled in the following areas: sourcing, screening, selecting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. My previous responsibilities include forecasting hiring needs, sourcing potential hires, building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers, and evaluating candidates’ performance in interviews and assignments. I have been responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for the company’s long-term goals.

These roles advanced my communication skills, active listening skills, planning skills, learning skills, and relationship-building skills, as well as my analytical skills, my empathy, and social skills. I am also a Business Development Professional. Client communication, client acquisition and client relationship management are skills I’m thrilled to have honed.
