Senior Business Analyst Consultant In charge of a critical project to align customer communication.
Using the agile approach to design software, my main project was creating a Dealer/Retailer Admin Portal for an international luxury car brand. It included 7 modules, e.g. sales and forecasting, workshop management, sales campaign management. Other projects were laying the foundation for a vehicle finance concept and designing an admin portal to assist merchants that use their mobile phone as a point of sale.
