I am an energetic individual that continuously seeks out new opportunities to learn and grow - i strive to use all my knowledge and skills within any position given to me and continuously improve.

I am dedicated and honest, I see that any task set out is seen through to the end and when given a chance I make sure the tasks given are completed as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

Service consultant since February 2019.

Assist clients with various dutiss such as cadd replacements, credit, insurance, home loans, vehicle finance, business accounts, complaints and Fraud cases among other.

Ensure bramch look and feel during course of day to ensure branch is clean and proper dress code is being followed.

Ensure all hardware and maintenance issues are logged and fixed within SLA while following up on any that are not completed in due time.

Assist with any and all ATM or DNR machine issues by running maintenance tests and fixing damaged hardware or reporting faulty software.

Matric certificate received at High School Swartland in 2014 with quite a few extra certificates in the following: manipulating data in a Excel spreadsheet, Basic and Advanced excel, Data analytics, Data fundamentals, Power BI, SQL which were all received at Capitec Bank LTD as extra courses I completed internally.
