I worked at Multichoice for 10 years at reception and switchboard, we also had targets of customer care Leads and decoder sales monthly. I dealt with customer accounts, balance check, updating customer details, funeral policy and decoder sales or price lock sales. Excepted mail and assisted walk-in customers while answering a very busy Switchboard as well.
The challenges and introducing us to the Customer cares system was overwhelming and I enjoyed assisting the customer and customer satisfaction after every call, first contact resolution.
