Safety, Health, and Environmental Intern (SHE) at Unilever Khanyisa Homecare Factory (2025-04 – Present)

• Supporting SHE Coordinator in implementing systems to reduce occupational health and safety risks.
• Conducting risk assessments, assigning corrective actions, and verifying PTW (Permit to Work) compliance.
• Coordinating emergency drills and assisting in compiling site emergency plans. Managing contractor SHE compliance and following up on non-conformances.
• Conducting site safety inspections and contributing to waste yard and site security management. Delivering safety inductions and awareness programs to staff and contractors.
• Assisting in KPI monitoring and SHE performance reporting using BuildApp, SHENet, and PowerBI.
