Assisting project manager and other team members of the organization. Research to find information and data that can be useful to the organization. Prepare and collect documents related to the Jelo project. Track performance or efficiency of projects. Creating and launching webinars on the Jelo Creatives Digital platform.
Organization : Maputa Gateway Clinic
Volunteered as an administration clerk performing duties of both customer service and administration nature within in the local health facility clinic. Communicate information between doctors, nurses, other staff and patients ensuring accuracy and information privacy for the patients. I also serve as a concierge. I worked from the nurse’s station, answering phones, taking massages and scheduling appointments.
