I have experience in Teller position, where I used to deal with cash withdrawals and deposits. I have experience in enquiries and service consultant positions where I used to handle customer account queries, funeral plan claims, account upgrades and customer migration to self service channels like internet banking and cellphone banking. I also worked as customer information consultant, where I would liaise with customers in the banking hall and handle any customer complaint taking place.
I completed National Banking Certificate NQF5 and RE05 certificate.
