I was working as a controller. First thing on my shift I have to make sure my site are covered and organized for site that are not covered. After I have to prepare for the next shift. Then I have to record all the incidents that happened during my shifts and inform the management. If the is emergency that needs policy or ambulances or need law enforcement I have to call them and inform them about the issue so that they can go and resolve the issue.
