I'm humble and kind. I'm easy to talk to and I adapt easily on new situations. I'm goal driven and I do things on a timely manner.
I have worked as a Collections Agent in a call centre(Vericred collections). It was fun and the pay was very good (commission) but during COVID-19 I got retrenched. Then I worked and customer service consultant for the Amazon account at CapabilityBPO. It was mostly chats and emails and a little bit of inbound calls. It was a very nice environment and I enjoyed working with different accounts.
I finished my Matric in 2007 at mhawu high school.
