Currently employed as an Office Manager at Oxford Research SA Limited from November on a fixed term contract basis.
Providing office management support, with responsibilities that include the following tasks but not limited to:
- Office maintenance and upkeep and monitoring the office equipment.
- Coordinating office daily financial task. accounts payables and invoice processing.
- Taking part in preparing the office budget, finance recon and preparing reports on office expenses and budget.
- Maintaining detailed office financial records and files according to the company
- File management, data entry and maintaining records.

February 2016 till November 2021 was employed as an Operations Administrator at TEBA Limited Responsible for supervising the data collection project recruiting department and financial administration. Tasks included:
- Manage accounts receivable and account payables.
- Preparing accounts reconciliations and reports.
- Managing rental collection tenants and maintain records.
- Maintain asset register and office supplies.
- Managing company fleet, travelling reports are filed for transport claims.
