I learned to meet sales goals and team work on cold calling outbound call centre agent, handle customer engagement, following the script, build product knowledge, improve product knowledge and solving problems. I was able to promote myself to trainer within 8 days on the dialler and was able to train others as a team leader and reach sales targets together.

As a finance intern in a motor repairing company I have learned to organize and file client records, communicate their analysis effectively, collaborate with a team of professionals on a goal, learn about new accounting softwares and developing policies and practices for financial management.

Finance intern - South West Gauteng TVET College

My duties as a finance intern learning towards obtaining a national diploma in financial management rotating under supply chain management, finance department, creditors and assets.

• Finance department: Maintaining and updating SWGC's financial records including transactions, accounts payables, reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies, processing payroll information and ensuring accurate and timely payments, providing administrative support to the finance department.
• Assets: Overseeing investments portfolios, maximizing returns and ensuring optimal asset performance, reducing financial risks. Develop and maintain the strategic and annual asset registers, acquisitions, maintenance management, transfers and valuations.
• Supply chain management: Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategies, Sourcing and purchasing goods and services that SWGC's requires to carry out its operations. Duties within procurement include supplier relationships, inventory management, logistics and transport.
• Creditors: Invoice management, payment processing, record keeping, reconciliations and supplier liaison.
