Overseeing daily maintenance, repair and certification of launch boats ensuring all equipment meet SAMSA standards. Scheduling and managing complex offshore logistics including crew changes and vessel movements to ensure uninterrupted service. Ensuring strict adherence to Safety, Health, Environmental and quality (SHEQ) standards to manage risk.

Managing operational budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing resources allocation to maintain profitability. Leading, mentoring and scheduling marine personnel including conducting performance reviews and ensuring safety training compliance.
