Duties Analysing Liquor product at wine and spirit Laboratory also at Additives Lab
Using the following
- WineScan
- Sulphur dioxide with flow injection analyzer(FIA)
- Volatile acidity by steam distillation method
- Capture results in LIMS programme
- Methanol content using (GC-FID)
- Preservatives (sorbic acid) using HPLC
- Heavy metals (Pb,Fe,Cu,Zn and As) using GFAAS.
