Noluthando Mashele

I’m a Development Studies master’s student at the University of Mpumalanga with a research focus on informal settlement growth and sustainable urban development. I have experience in administration, mentoring, and international collaboration through my role as an admin clerk/receptionist, two years as a peer mentor, and participation in a six-week COIL programme on SDG-aligned storytelling. I also hold a certificate in personal development and leadership.

I’m passionate about urban development, community empowerment, and using research to support sustainable solutions.
