My name is Nomaza Daniso, and I am a hardworking and eager-to-learn individual with a strong interest in IT and helping people solve technical problems. I am a good communicator, work well under pressure, and I am excited to grow my skills and career in IT Helpdesk support.
I am currently working for an IT company as a Helpdesk Agent, where I receive incoming calls, log and raise cases, connect customers to engineers, and assign calls and cases to the correct teams for resolution. I also work on Interactions and manage the Customer Portal. I am one of only two people in South Africa within the business who handle Customer Portal support, including granting customers access, resolving portal errors, unlocking accounts, and assisting users with navigation steps.
