Having completed a National Diploma in Retail Business Management, acquired Retail Environment and Customer Service experiences. I wish to advance more in operations to be able to venture into management field and related and thus climb a corporate ladder. Reconciles cash drawer by proving cash transactions, counting and packaging currency and coins Filing out paperwork and recording day to day transactions
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Managing point of sale processes
Accurately describe product features and benefits Keep up to date with product information
