- Coordinate and oversee event planning, logistics and operational execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless event delivery and consistently high service standards.
- Gather, analyse and implement client feedback to improve service delivery, enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client retention.
- Prepare quotations, proposal, budgets, reports and contractual documentation in accordance with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate record of sales, activities, client engagement, business development initiatives and performance metrics using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the higher education, sport and events sectors to inform business development strategies.
- Represent the company at conference, exhibitions, university engagements and networking events to strengthen brand visibility and expand the client base
