Ms.
Ndlela is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa as a Candidate Engineering Technologist. She received a Bachelor of Technology degree (B-Tech) in Electrical power engineering in 2018 and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Durban University of Technology in Durban, South Africa, In 2022. Ms. Ndlela's research is conducted in the Smart Grids center of excellence. The title of her master’s thesis is "High Voltage Transmission System Planning for a Southern African Regional Grid." She has authored articles for Power Africa and the SAUPEC conference. Her goals are to achieve a challenging and responsible position, acquire more knowledge to create skills with functional experience toward achieving the organization's goals, and achieve great results by empowering people with the knowledge &
skills that she holds.
I did my in-service training at Eskom and Tek-Mation, 6 months each, I also have tutoring and lecturing experience in both Mangosuthu and Durban university of technology.
I have Masters in Electrical Engineering from Durban University of Technology.
