- Collect timesheets by downloading information from Time Access (biometric system).
- Print each employee's time sheet.
- Calculate hours worked including overtime.
- Calculate paid and unpaid leave.
- Capture public holidays on the system.
- Capture hours on VIP payroll.
- Reconcile all salaries on Excel.
- EMP201 reconciliation and prepare PAYE, SDL and UIF for payment on Excel.
- Print pay slips.
- Update employee information.
- Capture new employees and terminations on VIP.
- Capture leaves and attend to leave queries.
- Update weekly attendance register.
