19 years in retail industry, in various roles from cash handling as a till operator to promotion to a Human Resources Manager. I am passionate about bridging the gap between employees and employer, creating a fun growing working environment. I am passionate about creating work opportunity and encouraging growth.

I master skills such as Interpersonal skills, enforcing policy and procedure, managing of talent management. I have recently joined the Hospitality industry which has also taught patience and adaptability.

For the past 6 months,recently started my career in the Hospitality Industry at NTC Tours as a Human Resources Business Partner.Previously,for 10 years was a Human Resources Manager at Woolworths ,in retail industry.

I have recently completed my Degree in Bachelor of Human Resources Management
