- Conducting thorough H&S risk assessments across the entire organization
- Compile the required safety programs at the workplace
- Implement and maintain appropriate health and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with all statutory health and safety provisions
- Liaise with external health and safety officials and other stake holders
- Facilitate compliance by TCG employees of the required health and safety standards by scheduling

- Ensure NCR are closed, and corrective actions are taken
- Conducting emergency drill
