I am currently working as a Director: Technical Services & E-resources Management in Higher Education. I have over 12 years of leadership and management experience in user services and technical services.

I am values-driven - respect, excellence, accountability, and integrity are values at the core of my work. As a leader, I live the values I believe in so that staff may trust me and be inspired by my leadership.

People are a key resource to achieving the strategic goals of the organisation. Even though leadership styles are not static, my default style is a transformative style. I like to empower people to grow and I allow them to lead in the spaces they are in.

I receive criticism well and I have a positive attitude towards my work.
