Development and Research component

• Assisting CDP in facilitating the implementation of integrated development interventions in partnership with the community and relevant stakeholders
• Assisting CDP in supporting communities and perform administrative support on community development and related activities
• Keep up to date with new developments within the community development field to enhance service delivery
• Assisting in conducting community mobilization, community outreach programs, awareness complain and commemoration of calendar events
• Assisting CDP in conducting women empowerment programs
• Assisting CDP in institutional capacity building and support for NPO's including NPO registration and compliance monitoring
• Assisting CDP in conducting poverty alleviation and sustainable livelihood programs including CNDC and community food security
• Assisting CDP in conducting community-based research and planning including household and community profiling and developing community-based plans
• Assisting CDP in conducting youth mobilization including district calendar month event and district dialogue, training development, career guidance
• Compiling Non-financial data
• Assisting the CDP on facilitating community meeting, workshops, forums and war room
