1. I would characterize myself as a hard-worker with excellent communication skills. As you can see on my resume, I’ve never worked in customer service before. But in every job you have to communicate with someone, you try to help people or convince them, you face praise or criticism. And I did fairly well in such situations in my last job, which gives me confidence in my ability to become an excellent customer service worker and deliver exceptional results. In my free time I enjoy playing ludo and read a good book, or just relax with some nice food and drink.

I have nine of experience of different industries. Five years in restaurant waitressing and two years in retail. One years as short tern insurance customer service representative and current I am in administrative work since 2022.

I only have high school certificate. And I am currently doing health and safe certificate.
