I’m an ambivert who is very much of a workaholic and perfectionist.
I have a year of experience as a call center agent. I have experience in taking inbound and making outbound calls. I strongly believe in first call resolution, and with that I believe in my experience and obtained skills.
I’m currently doing my second year and I’m studying Diploma in Grade R Teaching.
