I currently hold a Degree in Accounting as well as a Degree in HR. I have more than 8 years of experience in the HR field.
i currently serves as HR/Payroll Officer at Vela Tech Security Services, managing end-to-end HR functions and full payroll processing for over 600 employees.
My expertise includes bulk recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary hearings, CCMA and NBC matters, statutory compliance (SARS, UIF, SDL, COIDA), PSIRA compliance, union administration (NUPSAW, MACRISA, SATAWU), provident fund administration (PSSPF), and medical aid management. She generates statutory submissions such as EMP201, UI-19, IRP5s, and salary schedules, while ensuring payroll accuracy and legislative compliance.
I have worked with Sage 300 People, and PaySpace payroll systems. I am highly skilled in employment law application, grievance handling, policy implementation, performance tracking, and HR reporting.
