I am an experienced administrative and student support professional with over ten years of experience in the education, banking, and financial services sectors. I currently work at Netcare Education – Faculty of Emergency and Critical Care, where I provide comprehensive programme and student administrative support, including admissions assistance, student records management, data capturing, reporting, course coordination, and front-office operations. I work closely with students, academic staff, and management to ensure smooth programme delivery and high-quality service.
Previously, I worked at Standard Bank in teller, reception, and enquiries roles, where I developed strong customer service, accuracy, and compliance skills. I also have experience as a Financial Advisor at Old Mutual, strengthening my communication, stakeholder engagement, and client advisory capabilities.
I hold a Higher Certificate in Business Administration from Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology and am currently completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). My studies have covered key areas such as office administration, information systems, accounting, economics, business management, business communication, and human resource management. I have also completed a First Aid in the Workplace Certificate through Netcare Education.
