My name is Ntakadzeni Ramaleba I graduated with a BA Honours in Counselling Psychology from the University of South Africa and hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I has gained extensive experience in Scrum Mastering, Business analysis, UX/UI design , Usability testing and research, System regression testing, and production support. With a strong focus on agile project delivery and system migration.

Responsibilities: Facilitating feature requirement analysis sessions with the respective SMEs, Customer Journey mapping, Personnas, Interviews with the end-users post prototyping, Updating the UX and UI in the existing flows Creating prototypes,Design wireframes (Low fedility to High) Giving QA review to the Development team post product development. Giving feedback on the UX/UI component in the project to the broader team UI Design walkthrough to business stakeholders User Testing and Research

Coduct interviews,workshops,surveys and observation sessions.Requirement Documentation writing clear Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification and User Stories. Maintain traceable of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Mapping the current (as-is) to identify gaps,inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization, Stakeholder Management and Solution Evaluation.Testing and Validation Support to help define acceptance criteria and Support User Acceptance Testing.
Ensure business processes and solutions align with regulatory requirements (especially in banking/finance) and Continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: Facilitating the Scrum ceremonies. Coaching the scrum team on Agile values and principles. Working with the Product owner and other stakeholders in preparing and populating the Product backlog. Removing any impedements for the team, Stakeholder management, Managing the virtual and physical project backlog with the Product owner and the development team using various tools like JIRA, TFS ,Scrum board etc.
