I have been involved in numerous change transformations during my career, working alone as a Specialist/Analyst or as a part of a multinational team. I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in Insurance, Information Technology and Financial environments. I proactively support and advise the Business Unit/Legal Entity Head or Operational Risk Head in the effective management of operational risk which includes the following Non-Financial Risk types: Information Risk, Information Security Risk, Business Resilience Management, Risk Governance, Operational Risk and Financial Crime/Fraud Risk.
I provide strong guided expertise and offer direction in all business-critical key performance indicators that assists business realise their return on their investments in people, processes, technology, equipment, knowledge and customers.
