I have 16 years experience in the call centre industry. I worked as a a customer care consultant for 5 years and was then promoted to being an RTA and received an employee of the month award after 5 months in the new position. In 2021, after 10 years of being an RTA I was once again promoted to being a WFM scheduler. I am well skilled analyzing , reporting and Microsoft excel. I believe that integrity is one of the most important value to have as an employee.

I studied beauty and health however I was not success in that industry and thefore development my skills in the call centre industry.
