As an Advanced Diploma graduate in Human Resource with two years of Human Resources administration experience and a strong dedication to providing Human Resources and administrative support, I am eager to take on the open position. This is where I will be able to apply the talents and knowledge I have gained during my years of service.
I have a two (2) year experience in Human Resource Administration which includes computer literacy, shortlisting, conducting interviews, report writing, recruitment and selection, reconciliation of the employees absent and leave taken together with the attendance registers as well as payroll sign off and employee's clearances.
I completed my Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management at Vaal University of Technology in December 2022 where i was measuring with the following subjects, Labour Relations, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, and Research Methodology.
