I have over 16 years of leadership experience within the Medical and pharmaceutical industry having working for global multinationals such as BBraun and Johnson and Johnson MedTech. l am passionate about developing leaders whilst achieving set business goals
I have been instrumental in the establishment of businesses in both public and private sector space within and outside of South Africa. My sales target have been in excess of R500m with a team of over 5 people reporting directly to me. l have also been championing the initiatives in the so called difficult markets such as export and government hospitals.
I have two Masters Degree one in Leadership and the other in Strategic Marketing from the Kingston University in UK. I am also a qualified UK trained and registered nurse.
