Ntombie Mashinini

My name is Ntombi Mashinini. I was born and raised in Ekurhuleni and raised in Pretoria worker as a Secretary at Rata Social Services, where I support various social services initiatives. In addition, i am pursuing a degree on social worker at University of South Africa (Unisa). My professional experience and academic pursuits have equipped me with a solid foundation in social services and a passion for helping others.

• I have the responsibility of administration.
• Diary management, incoming and outgoing telephonic and electronic communication, distribution of marketing communication.
• To ensure smooth running of the office, in support of the office personnel workload, and relationship building. 
• File management, register management, asset management. Organizing stationery, copying, scanning, and mailing to meet legislative, organizational requirements and smooth running of the office. 
• Accurately co-ordinate and administer office finances (petty cash management and office fund administration) aligned to financial management requirements to meet operational and project requirements.
• Responsibilities of consolidating Department of social services stats. And all other stats.
• Facilitated multidisciplinary team consultation to review care plans and close cases.
• Liaised with community agencies to maximise users' access to appropriate resources and services.
• Attended mandatory in-house and external training for safe-guarding children and vulnerable adults.

Iam currently pursuing a degree in social work at University of South Africa (Unisa). My coursework has included subjects such as community development, social policy, and case management, all of which are highly relevant to the social services field. though my studies, i have gained a solid understanding of social work principals, client advocacy, and the importance of ethical practice. this education has provided me with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to support and assist individuals and communities effectively.
