Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant and Business Systems Analyst with experience delivering ERP solutions across finance, procurement, supply chain and operational processes. I specialise in translating business requirements into scalable D365 F&O solutions through requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, integrations and process optimisation. I combine strong functional ERP knowledge with a systems-thinking approach, focusing on business value, controls, data quality and effective end-to-end solution delivery.
Experience working across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, enhancements and support.
Responsibilities include requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, functional solution design, system configuration, functional specifications, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, user training, documentation and production support.
Functional experience includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Credit & Collections, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, Inventory Management, Sales Order Management and related finance and supply-chain processes.
Additional experience includes Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Power BI reporting, workflow automation, APIs/OData, DMF and Microsoft Power Platform.
