I enjoy liaising with clients, providing useful information and solving problems quickly. I am a flexible team player who always strives to achieve the highest standard possible for any given task.
I also possess excellent communication skills over the phone, face to face and via email. I believe business should be done solution-based instead of focusing on the problem and I am looking forward to a start in the exciting world of service centres where I am willing to learn more and realise a lifetime ambition.
I have experience in facilitating basic computer classes, worked as a debt collector and advisor and also have a good typing speed and also assistant to office manager.
