Perform routine maintenance traveling between 2 liquibox sites, our plant consisted of the following production lines: Thermal Laminator, Ashe slitter, 2x HCI slitters, 3x Bag in Box machines, Film Blowing, Printing Press, Pouch Machine
- Planned maintenance on the complete line
- Fully understanding of the process from loading raw material to the finished product
- Working on unwinding station, auto splicing turret, replacing Yaskawa G7 drives, auto splice photo electric sensor
- Full understanding of how AC and DC drives work and fault finding
- Maintenance on corona treatment bar and fully understanding of the treater station and sorting out electrical and mechanical breakdowns that take place
- Setting up EL guider system and training operators how to set up for different jobs
- Service oven roller and checking oven cylinders
- Good understanding of heat control system, amp meters
- A good understanding of how to wire up temperature control system and set up parameters on Delta, Omron and Gefran temperature controllers
