I have done chemicals plant operations programme to enhance my working experience while at employment. The training was beneficial and work base. Level 2 chemical plant operation obtained endorsed by Chieta, 7 years of overseeing and managing the processes involved in gas extraction and processing.

• Monitoring Operation: Continuously monitor and assess the performance of gas extraction and processing equipments to ensure optimal and efficiency.
• Data analysis: Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Safety management: Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulation and standards conducting and risk assessment.
• Team leadership: Supervise and mentor junior processe controllers and guidance to enhance team performance.
• Processe optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize gas extraction and processing increasing yield and reducing cost.
• Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to management,highlighting performance metrics,challenges and proposed improvements.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies,participating in audits and inspections.
• Collaboration: Work closely with others departments,such as engineering, maintenance and safety, to ensure seamless operation.
• Technology implementation: Stay updated on new technology and methods in gas processing and advocate for their implementation when beneficial.
