I am a highly motivated and progress focused Engineer with a long-standing background in the engineering and mining industry. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable to ChromTech.

Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected my preventative maintenance, data analyses, mentoring and coaching skills abilities. I am a capable and consistent problem solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency.

In my previous role, I contributed innovation, planning and optimisation toward team effort and business improvements. I am progressive minded and tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong problem-solving talents. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which all me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.

• Responsible for day-to-day management and operation of activities within the designated area of responsibility
• Ensure compliance with the provisions of MHSA and regulations as applicable at the mine, through the application of my skills, experience, knowledge and training
• Ensure strict adherence to the relevant engineering standards and specifications
• Develop & Coach the capability of the maintenance organization for the business
• Ensure strict adherence to maintenance work management principles (percent planned & scheduled works, analyze to improve) and to obtain maximum availability and reliability at minimum maintenance cost per unit produced
• Implement systems and controls in place that will ensure quality maintenance: at specified performance and within prescribed technical and legal requirements, that will permit a safe and environmentally acceptable operation, and to meet the required production-rated capacity at minimum life cycle costs 
• Perform RCFA on repetitive failures and ensure that outcomes of RCA’s are evaluated for their business case, to prevent equipment failures or repeats
• Ensure Adherence to Company’s Values (shape the culture & build capabilities) 
• Manage the Engineering Assets to ensure that they produce at their designed capacity and are periodically maintained or refurbished to their original condition to ensure optimal life
