• Provide general Irish Immigration consultancy and advice to Foreign Nationals recruited for a multinational tech company;
• Conduct eligibility assessment based on IT, Tech and Cloud Engineering Job Specification and provide advice on eligibility for a Critical Skills Employment Permit;
• Provide advice to clients through High touch Calls;
• Draft EPOS, AVATs, IRP renewal, Stamp 4 and Temporary Stamp applications on behalf of Foreign Nationals;
• Monitor process times for work permits with DETE, Embassies and IRP renewals in order to provide tailor made service;
• Prepare reports on SLAs, general administration of case and compliance;
